Tom is an Illinois licensed Home Inspector and a  Certified Mold Inspector with over twenty years experience in the home improvement industry. Tom’s had over 10 years of experience overseeing commercial projects, including site and store development for a major international retail chain. He’s also been involved in the design and execution of major home remodeling projects.

 

Tom was born and raised in the Chicago area and earned a Bachelors Degree from St. Joseph’s College in Rensselaer, IN. in 1978.

 

Tom is a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants and an active member of the Brookfield Chamber of Commerce, the West Suburban Chamber of Commerce , the La Grange Business Association and the Countryside Business Association.
